Client Categories: Individuals, Couples, Family, Adults & Elders (65+)

Session Formats: In-person or online sessions

Counselling Hours: Monday through Friday – 1 pm, 3 pm, 7 pm. 50 minutes per session

Appointment

• Weekend appointments are available upon prior arrangement.

• To cancel or reschedule appointments, at least 24 hours’ advance notice is required. If not, you will be charged the full session fee.

Fees

Individual Session Cost : $150 per session (50 minutes)

Couples Session Cost : $180 per session (50 minutes)

Please ensure that payment must be made prior to your appointment.

Sliding Scale : I offer sliding scale pricing tailored to your income level.

Payment Method: Cash, Cheque, e-Transfer

Insurance

While the Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP) does not pay for psychotherapy services, there might be other benefits or insurance plans that you have which could cover the cost of psychotherapy. To get more information on coverage, please get in touch with your insurance provider. For those who opt to use the insurance company’s payment, I can provide you with a completed insurance form that you can submit for possible reimbursement.
